There are many ways to do a push up whether you need to challenge yourself or you’re rehabbing an injury.

Hand release push ups are great because you are focusing on strengthening in a full range of motion.

Other variations to make push ups easier include an incline push up. A trick I like to use is doing these on a staircase. To progress yourself try a step below until you make your way to the floor.
