Full body workout using just one piece of equipment: THE BARBELL
Now I know if you are a bit unfamiliar with the barbell, this might be a little daunting. If you are someone who has done some training with me, chances are we are either working towards barbell work or have already conquered (and are continuing to conquer) it. Barbells just make you feel STRONG.
Here are the exercises I would include in a barbell only workout to hit every major muscle group:
Squat
Deadlift (your hinge exercise)
Floor press (your push exercise)
Row (pulling exercise)
Shoulder Press (another push exercise)
